Iraqi hospitality during Arbaeen praised
Reflecting on the Arbaeen pilgrimage, the parliament speaker lauded the Iraqi nation for once again hosting millions of pilgrims from Iran and other countries.
"During Arbaeen, the devoted Iraqi nation hosted millions of pilgrims from Iran and beyond. As always, you excelled and showed remarkable hospitality, utilizing all your material and spiritual capacities for the Arbaeen pilgrims. I salute you all and express the gratitude of the Iranian nation," Ghalibaf said.
He stressed that the resistance front remains more alive and more present on the battlefield than ever before in its confrontation with the Zionist regime and criminal America.
"We firmly believe that our great Imam and our martyred leader, who was the architect and founder of the resistance front, chose the path of Imam Hussein (AS). He lived like the Master of Martyrs and, along with his children, attained martyrdom on this path just as Imam Hussein did," the speaker stated.
Ghalibaf emphasized that the defeat inflicted on American hegemonic power in the region was the result of the blood of the martyrs and the fighting spirit of Iran's martyred leader, who advanced this path through both word and deed.
"It is we who must carry forward the path of the Imam and the martyrs, the path of divine traditions, through unity, solidarity, brotherhood and fraternity — alongside each and every member of our nations, alongside our religious authorities, and alongside the dear Leader of our Revolution." Ghalibaf concluded.
